A little about the Florida Dream Catcher....

Kari was born in New Jersey and raised on the beautiful shores of Flagler Beach, Florida. She enjoys attending any live sporting event, music concert or theater performance. Most importantly, Kari is the mother of two awesome children. She enjoys spending her days with them at baseball games, in the kitchen cooking with them or at dinners and activities with the rest of her extended family who are mostly local. She also has a passion for serving her community through charitable activities to include helping with hurricane relief efforts when needed, volunteering for the Flagler Baseball Board of Directors and raising money for the local homeless population.

Kari is a licensed real estate sales associate, and has worked in both Property Management, Administrative and Full Time Sales capacities within luxury and non- luxury communities for over a decade. Her extensive knowledge of the Community Association Management industry and wide range of experience has made Kari a "go-to" source of information for many local homeowners, tenants, homesite and business owners over the years. Having lived in Flagler County for more than three decades, she has explored every inch of Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Saint Augustine, Ormond Beach and Daytona, giving her a breadth of knowledge that is uncommon in this area among other professionals. Her inherent desire to help others, build relationships, and work hard makes Kari the caring, dedicated and tenacious professional that you are looking for to facilitate all of your real estate needs.
