A few months ago, students from John I. Leonard High School participated in a Safety 4 Life crash reenactment to help bring awareness to teen driver safety and distracted driving in our community.

This week, they were recognized by the Palm Beach County Safety Council as Student Ambassadors, and we couldn’t be more proud of them.

Brendon Joseph, Adriana Leon, Nevaeh Pearce, and Gaelle Octela helped bring an important message to life for other young drivers in a powerful and emotional way.

A special thank you to Teacher Cynthia Cassagnol for her support and commitment throughout the initiative.

At LaBovick Law Group, we are proud to support programs like Safety 4 Life that focus on prevention, education, and helping protect young lives before tragedy happens.

Together, we help more teens come home safe.

After an accident, people are not only dealing with a legal situation.
They are trying to process what just happened, make decisions, and move forward.
In this clip, Esther Uría LaBovick shares how her role goes beyond the legal side.
This is how Esther Uría LaBovick approaches her work with every client at LaBovick Abogados.

Every day in Florida, more than 1,000 car accidents happen.
What we’ve learned over time is that the most difficult part often comes after the accident.
The emotional impact, the disruption to daily life, and the uncertainty people face.
That’s why Esther Uría LaBovick created Detrás del Choque, a Spanish-language podcast focused on helping people understand that full experience.
She is joined by Carlos Mahecha, a well-known voice in the Hispanic community.
This is how Esther Uría LaBovick supports people through every case at LaBovick Abogados.

Proud to support the PBCJA Tournament benefiting the Center for Family Services.

It was a great day on the course connecting with members of the legal community while supporting an organization dedicated to strengthening and supporting families throughout our community.

When the legal community comes together with purpose, the impact goes far beyond the fairway — helping ensure families have access to the resources, guidance, and support they need during difficult moments.

Thank you to everyone involved in making the event possible and for continuing to invest in the well-being of our community.

On April 22, Esther LaBovick joined the community at the Taste of Italy event, an evening dedicated to supporting the mission of PACE Center for Girls Palm Beach, where she proudly serves on the Board of Directors.

The event raised $51,500 to help fund programs that provide girls with education, counseling, and life-skills development, resources that help build confidence, stability, and brighter futures.

It was a meaningful evening centered on investing in the future of young women and the power of community support. Esther and Brian LaBovick were joined by Bruce and Nicole Silver, along with many others who came together in support of this important cause.

Continued involvement in initiatives like these reflects LaBovick Law Group’s ongoing commitment to supporting and strengthening the local community.

On April 25, we hosted our first Entre Tazas y Temas: Everyday Legal Topics, an initiative led by LaBovick Law Group to bring practical legal information directly to the Hispanic community.

As a firm, we believe our role goes beyond representation. It’s about making sure people understand what to do before they ever need a lawyer.

We opened with a session by Esther Uría LaBovick, focused on what to do after a car accident, including simple but critical steps like documenting the scene, calling the police, and seeking medical care within the right timeframe.

We also had a session by Leonelba Martínez, covering what is actually happening in immigration right now and how people can better understand their rights in today’s environment.

This workshop is part of our commitment to educate and empower the Hispanic community with real, usable information.

Thank you to both speakers for sharing their knowledge.

Thank you to Cardinal Newman High School for hosting Cardinal Newman Parents’ Night with Safety 4 Life.

The evening brought together students and parents for a focused discussion on decision-making, responsibility, and the consequences that can follow choices made behind the wheel.

The conversation was shaped by multiple perspectives. Brian F. LaBovick provided insight into the civil and financial impact of accidents, Storm Tropea addressed the criminal implications, and Hayden Tryansky shared his personal experience from a crash at 16 — a split-second decision at a yellow light that resulted in life-changing consequences.

As Storm Tropea shared:
“The decisions you make in seconds can carry consequences that follow you for years.”

Students were engaged throughout, asking questions and actively processing the information. Parents also played a key role, with feedback highlighting the value of having these conversations in a direct and practical setting.

One of the most meaningful takeaways was seeing students encourage their parents to be part of the discussion — reinforcing how strongly the message is resonating.

LaBovick Law Group continues to create opportunities like this for families to better understand the real impact of driving decisions and to carry these conversations forward beyond the event.

This is what it means to be Preventing and Fighting for You.

On April 21, Safety 4 Life will host a Parent + Student Safety Night at Cardinal Newman High School — a smaller, more intentional setting designed for honest conversations between parents and students.

An opportunity to talk about real decisions, real consequences, and the role families play in shaping how young drivers think and act.

Because what we say matters —
but what we do teaches more.

Drawing from their experience witnessing how accidents affect families, Brian and Esther LaBovick will guide a discussion that goes beyond awareness — focusing on what happens after, when families leave and continue the conversation at home.

Safety 4 Life continues to create spaces like this throughout the community — where prevention starts with connection.

This is what it means to be Preventing and Fighting for You.

Yesterday, April 15, Safety 4 Life was at G-Star School of the Arts, connecting with 120 seniors and 100 juniors through two assemblies focused on real-life decisions behind the wheel in an interactive, open conversation.

The audience was outstanding. The level of engagement and the quality of the questions, especially from seniors, made the conversation deeper, more thoughtful, and highly relevant.

The message remained consistent:
• A small accident is never just small
• Speed changes everything
• What happens after the crash matters just as much

Through the conversation led by Brian and Esther LaBovick, founders of Safety 4 Life, along with John Bolen, owner of ATC Driving School, students were guided through how situations they may consider minor can quickly escalate, not just physically, but legally and financially, reinforcing that these are real consequences, not hypotheticals.

With prom approaching next Saturday, the timing made the message immediate and relevant.

Drawing from their experience seeing the impact of crashes on individuals and families, Brian and Esther LaBovick provided perspective that helps connect everyday decisions to real consequences, while John Bolen reinforced the importance of safe driving habits from a real-world, behind-the-wheel perspective.

A special thank you to Miss Collins for opening the doors, trusting the program, and helping coordinate this experience. Her support continues to make this partnership with G-Star School of the Arts possible.

We look forward to returning in August to expand this work through Peer2Peer programs, student-led content, and collaboration with G-Star’s creative community.

This is what it means to be Preventing and Fighting for You.
