As a MOBILE notary, we can meet you when and where it is convenient for you. We have held signings primarily in people's homes. But, did you know we have also held signings at their work, in a parking lot, at the local library, at the gas station, and even in a restaurant.

While I was at in Mission, KS, a gentleman was looking for a notary. Since I was already there turning in a loan signing, I was able to help him. The photo is the stamp done by a different notary for his ex-wife's signature. (notary's name is obscured)

I notarized his signature, but advised him that the other one needs checked by whomever was receiving the notarized document. This notary stamp is most likely going to be rejected. All stamps must be complete, clear, evenly inked, not too light, and cannot be smudged. Also, notaries are required to use a 4 digit year on their commission expiration date.

Just because a notary is free (or even paid) doesn't mean they know what they are doing.

Hi there, just wanted to start off by introducing myself.

My name is Teresa McGarry. I have been a mobile Kansas notary since Oct 2021. I have extensive training on loan signings, estate planning, and general document notarizations. As a mobile notary, I meet my clients where and when it is most convenient for them. Typically, we meet in their home. But sometimes, at work between meetings or after work is more convenient; others I have met at a library while they were studying; I have met in many parking lots just outside work, grocery store, and gas station; whatever works for you - it just has to be physically in KS because I am a KS notary.

I am a mom of two wonderful young women and a grandma (Nana actually) to an adorable grandson.

We want to be your notary partner when life pivots. Even if you already have a favorite notary, we can be a solid backup. If you need services we do not perform, we will refer you as we have many contacts within the community of notaries. We want to be a partner, not just a company to do business with. We are here to help in whatever way you need!

As a mobile notary, we will come to you at a time that works for you. Our normal hours are 9a-10p, but exceptions can be made if needed. We can also print the documents, scan them back to the Lender, and deliver them to FedEx for you.

We provide witnesses (if your notarization needs 1-2 witnesses), field property inspections, courier services, and more.
