This page was created because in April of 2009 I was injured at TRI-STATE BASEMENT SYSTEMS. The owner
s, Scott and Virginia Anderson, did not pay Worker's Compensation Insurance to protect the employees for 4 months. After I was injured, I went to the Emergency Room and was asked immediately "did this happen at work". I tried for 4 days to get the name of the Workers Comp insurance company from the Andersons, they stalled but NEVER told me that it had lapsed. I was then FIRED for getting hurt and demanding the Insurance company name. To date, I have several thousand dollars of UNPAID medical bills on my credit report as well as lost wages. I am disabled for the rest of my life. Tri-State Basement systems and the Andersons have made no offer to settle this matter with me and my family. Scott Anderson is attempting to leave Vermont and start a company "Ironside Foundation Repair" in North Carolina. He is involved in lawsuits in Vermont and has filed Bankruptcy before leaving people with hundreds of thousands of dollars in the unpaid dark.
