I became a lawyer because I’ve always cared about fairness, access to resources, and understanding why systems work the way they do. I’ve always been the person who wanted to understand the rules, not just follow them, but really understand why they exist and how they shape opportunity.
One of the experiences that pushed me toward law was working on a grassroots, door-to-door campaign around a ballot initiative. I spent time helping everyday people understand a new law, what it meant for them, and why their engagement mattered. Seeing how directly the law affects real lives and real communities made something click for me. This work matters.
Today, I work with small business owners across Nebraska who want to do things the right way. When people work with me, I want them to feel clear, confident, and supported. I focus on practical guidance that helps business owners protect what they’re building, limit risk, and create something that can last.
I’m also an entrepreneur myself, and my lived experience matters. I grew up in a low-income household with a strong sense of structure and service, and that continues to shape how I support business owners today. I communicate in plain language and meet people where they are. No jargon and no judgment.
I especially enjoy working with contractors, developers, and entrepreneurs who are building something real and improving their communities. That could be construction, food, fitness, care services, or any work that helps people thrive. At Tyree Law, my goal is to be more than just an attorney. I want to be a trusted partner who helps put the right legal framework in place so your vision can grow.
