Your Certificate of Organization got approved. That's the start of setting up a Nebraska LLC, not the end. Check the name and file the certificate. Put an operating agreement in place, especially with more than one owner. Get your EIN. Then publish the required notice for three consecutive weeks and file proof of publication with the state.

You don’t need five LLCs. Until you do. More entities can mean more protection, but every one of them means more filings, bank accounts and administrative work.
