Congratulations to LDM attorneys Jason C. Palmer and Ryan P. Tunink, who recently secured summary judgment on behalf of an Iowa law firm in a legal malpractice case before the Iowa Business Court.

The Court found that the plaintiffs could not establish causation as a matter of law and granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants.

Congratulations to LDM attorneys Janice M. Thomas and Ryan P. Tunink, who recently secured a defense verdict on behalf of an Iowa school district following a two-week jury trial.

The case involved claims alleging negligent training and supervision, with the jury returning a verdict in favor of the district on all claims.

Yesterday, our Omaha and West Des Moines teams celebrated the return of football season with a tailgate-style lunch at each office.

There were burgers, brats, hot dogs, plenty of sides and desserts, some favorite-team gear, and a chance to spend time together away from the workday. In Omaha, Peyton LaFerla and Grant Little even stepped up as our grill masters. 🔥
