You don’t have to wait until charges are filed to get an attorney involved.
If you’re under investigation, what happens before a case is filed can matter just as much as what happens after. This is often called pre-file representation.
At that stage, we can step in, handle communication with law enforcement, and make sure your rights are protected from the beginning. In some situations, early involvement can even prevent charges from being filed at all.
