In honor of Give to Lincoln day, Liberty Law Group pledged $500 to a local charity.

The Lincoln team nominated their favorite charities and non-profits, and in the end, CEDARS won the drawing. Co-Founder/Partner Seth Morris nominated Cedars for their ongoing work in the community providing a safe place for children when they have nowhere else to turn, support to families in need of resources, youth development programs, and trauma-informed care.

You don’t have to wait until charges are filed to get an attorney involved.

If you’re under investigation, what happens before a case is filed can matter just as much as what happens after. This is often called pre-file representation.

At that stage, we can step in, handle communication with law enforcement, and make sure your rights are protected from the beginning. In some situations, early involvement can even prevent charges from being filed at all.
