DacaDreamers

DacaDreamers To share our DACA story and network with other DREAMERS like us. Motivate each other. No more immigrant drop outs. We are American just not legally.

This page is for DACA recipients to connect, share resources, prayers, and struggles—building community among over 800,000 Dreamers in the U.S., with hope for a future where we are no longer alone. It is hard to stand up against the barriers that the system puts on us but we still refuse to be a statistic. We did not have the choice to immigrate but we are here and we will do the best of it. We mu

st unite and work hard for the DREAM to be accomplished and not left half way done. We need citizenship without having to qualify through someone else.

Prayers for ALL the DACA DREAMERS living the nightmare of Deportation.

Gilberto Garcia Cruz, a 26-year-old DACA recipient with autism who was brought to the USA at 2 years old, was released from ICE custody in April 2026 after being detained outside his Florida home. The incident caused significant concern due to his disability and DACA status, but his detention was short-lived.

No warrant. No explanation. Gilbert who is a DACA recipient gets detained infront of his mom. Gilbert was brought to the U.S. at 2 years old.

Gilbert has been released. But not all DACA recipients who have been detained have had the same result. Many have been deported.

DACA was never the answer, we all deserve permanent solutions. But this system was not made for us, they gave us DACA to keep us quiet and obedient because our generation was the most organized resistance.

My sister Perla and I come from different nations of Mexico, but our love and our prayers for the well-being of our people are the same. Our brown skin is the color of the Earth, a reminder that we have always been the keepers and protectors of this continent. Yet today, we are criminalized for that same color. Even tribal members—whose roots are here since time immemorial—are being profiled and harassed by ICE, treated as if we are outsiders on our own land.

We are not immigrants. We were here long before borders tried to divide us.

✨ Netse Mot. One Heart, One Mind. Un Corazón, Una Mente. ✨

To our DACA relatives: in these times of uncertainty, when our future is placed in the hands of courts and policies, please know you are not forgotten. We hold you close in prayer. May the Creator wrap us in protection, give us strength, and remind us that our life, our dreams, and our spirit are sacred. We are loved. We belong. We are never alone spiritually.

🚨 Banner Drop in Fife: IMMIGRANTS MAKE AMERICA GREAT! 🚨

We stand in solidarity with our immigrant relatives—our neighbors, our coworkers, our friends, and our family. Immigrants make America great, not just in words but in action.

They contribute in countless ways:
💰 Paying billions into Social Security—benefits they are often denied access to.
🏪 Running small businesses that create jobs and strengthen our economy.
👷🏾‍♀️ Supporting industries that keep our society running—agriculture, healthcare, construction, service work, and beyond.
🏡 Raising families, building communities, and keeping culture alive.

The truth is, immigrants have been here, building this country, long before many of us were even born. It’s time to change the narrative—immigrants don’t just contribute, they are the backbone of this country. No more criminalization. No more detention. Just dignity, respect, and recognition for the essential role they play.

Thank You for Building Solidarity With Us!

To everyone who showed up to support our Indigenous Immigrant Solidarity Banner Build—we see you, we appreciate you, and we are grateful for you.

From those who shared our post to spread the word, to those who came in person, brought food, shared songs, and helped us clean up—your presence and generosity made this a powerful and beautiful gathering. This work is about more than a banner; it’s about strengthening the ties between us, honoring our ancestors, and standing together in resistance and love.

To our immigrant relatives facing fear and uncertainty in these times—you are not alone. We stand with you, we love you, and we will continue to fight for a world without borders, where all our relations are free. Our Indigenous connections go back since time immemorial, long before these borders were drawn.

A special thank you to Talison for sharing your voice and strength through the song Chinga la Migra from .alliance.south.sound —your song carried the spirit of resistance and resilience.

We will be bannering later to send love and prayers to our immigrant communities—because we are one Indigenous people of the Americas, and our ancestors knew no borders.

Time to organize in solidarity with our immigrant relatives! ✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽✊🏼✊🏻

Dakota Case (Water Warriors), Ovunayo X (Black Panther Party), and Chris Esponda (Chiapas Education Project & Protectors of the Salish Sea) urge community organizers and concerned individuals to take action and support our immigrant neighbors. As the threat of ICE raids continues, it’s crucial that we unite to protect those who are most vulnerable.

The Eagle and Condor prophecy is happening now. It is time for Native Americans to show solidarity with Indigenous people of the Americas who are facing racism more than ever. Native Americans are being detained by ICE, targeted through racial profiling. We invite ALL people to use your citizen privilege to stand up for those who are afraid.

The Struggles of Both Immigrants and Native Americans: Native Americans were granted U.S. citizenship in 1924, yet today, their legal status is used against them. The Justice Department has cited this status to justify Trump’s executive order in court, arguing that Native people are not “subject to the jurisdiction” of the U.S. and are not constitutionally entitled to citizenship. This attack on Native sovereignty mirrors the same systemic oppression that our immigrant relatives face today.

We are dedicated to connecting, resourcing, and equipping immigrant communities with the knowledge of their legal rights.
