Horton is nationwide and we can put you in touch with a New Home Consultant for another great D.R. Horton home at your next location to help with out-of-state moves, so you can relax and let us do the heavy lifting.

**3. How do I get started with buying a home? Reach out to me and we will set up a call or a meeting to discuss your needs and timeline. If financing is needed, we’ll connect you with a lender for pre-approval. Horton has an in house lender that we work closely with and is very familiar with our process. We’ll guide you all the way—no treasure map required.

**4. How do I know if now is a good time to buy a home? Market trends, interest rates, and personal circumstances are key. Let’s chat, and together, we’ll find the right time for you—like picking the perfect avocado. Horton has the LOWEST RATES for a 30yr mortgage IN THE CITY! Our company paid for that so it doesn't get passed on to you on the backend when you close. You won't find that anywhere!

**5. How can I schedule a consultation or showing? Call or text me! I respond the same day because I know your time is valuable. Plus, I like to show off my speedy texting skills.

**6. What is the average time frame for buying a D.R. Horton home? It varies, but generally, it’s 30-45 days with a lender and 12-18 days for cash purchases or those with a pre-qualified letter from the lender. We’ll guide you to make the process as smooth as a freshly paved road. A fresh start build takes 3-4 months so you don't have to wait long to get into a beautiful home!

**7. What marketing channels do you use? I am big on Facebook, military networking events, and referrals from happy clients and other realtors. Word of mouth is our secret sauce! There's also a TikTok page out there causing lots of Gen Z kids to cringe lol.

**8. Do you offer support for relocations from states like California or Colorado?**
Absolutely! We assist clients relocating to Oklahoma City from anywhere on the globe and make the home buying process as smooth as possible. I will even send you pictures/video updates of your fresh start home if you aren't here so you know you're in good hands. I can recommend places to stay and where to go to get your new Oklahoma drivers license. Think of us as your relocation fairy godparent.

**9. Are you familiar with VA loans? You bet! Our lender is a pro at VA loans and love helping our buyers understand their benefits. We’ll make it as easy as pie—or cake, if that’s your thing.
