William Perez has always been about helping Oklahomans improve their status. He continues that with Milk and Honey Realty where he finds no greater pleasure than helping someone get into their first home. One of six children being raised by their single mother, William took on bread-winner status at an early age. With that many siblings, organization and detail were skills Perez had to master – an
d that experience benefits his clients every day. While in the restaurant business and subsequently while managing a political call center, Perez was instrumental in helping people gain entry level positions and begin creating successful careers. Finding those starting out their first home is a natural progression for Perez. In 2013, Perez took his skills to a new place --- the special needs classrooms of an inner-city elementary school. He spent five years working in public education and helping these families navigate difficult terrain. For the past four years, Perez has successfully made the transition to real estate as he joined Milk and Honey Realty where he has been the backbone of this small startup brokerage firm that has led to hundreds of happy clients. While Perez is also involved in the flipping and investing aspects of real estate, his passion remains helping people find the right home for their unique situation.
