NORWICH ATTORNEY NAMED NEW ENGLAND SUPER LAWYER
Attorney Theodore N. Phillips II of Norwich has been selected to the 2018-2019 New England Super Lawyers list. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.

Phillips has practiced law in Eastern Connecticut since 1981. He is a Past President of the New London County Bar Association, and has volunteered and served in leadership positions of many community organizations. Among the recognitions he has received, he is the Eastern Connecticut Chamber of Commerce’s 50th Annual Citizen of the Year. He was named by the Connecticut Law Tribune as one of a dozen attorneys in the State of Connecticut who make a difference. He is a recipient of the Ron Aliano Service Award.
