Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C., a boutique class action litigation firm located in midtown Manhattan, seeks a Junior Associate Attorney for immediate hire in its New York office.
Working directly with partners, a Junior Associate is responsible for:
-Client communication;
-Case assessment and case development;
-Legal and financial research;
-Drafting complaints and demand letters;
-Drafting discovery requests and responses; and
-Motion practice.
A candidate should possess the following:
-An active law license is required, New York preferred;
-Ability to work well independently and as part of a team;
-Attention to detail and organizational skills; and
-Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
