Happy July 1st everyone ! I hope I get to speak with some of you today as the journey continues as my pride in making it this far continues to overwhelm me. I've alwasy just been an ordinary guy who loved helping extraordinary people, protect and save for the future and looking back on my career, recognize that I still have "miles to go before I sleep". God bless all of my colleagues, friends, clients, family and even those "prospects who said NO", who helped me to grow, get better and stay committed to a lifetime of learning.

As I learned very early in my career, "when you're green you grow and when you're ripe, you rot". I will never sit still and I will never stop encouraging good people to do good things for their families and employees.
