Attention Business Owners!

Starting January 1, 2024, the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) is in effect! This new law requires many U.S. businesses to file a Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Report with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

Who needs to file?
• Any privately held company registered to do business in the U.S.

• Exemptions include publicly traded companies and certain large operating companies.

What to report?
• Full legal name of the company

• Business address

• Names and details of beneficial owners (those owning or controlling at least 25% of the company)

Deadline: January 1, 2025

Failure to comply can result in severe penalties, including fines and imprisonment. Stay compliant and protect your business!
