🌸 Happy Spring, Long Island!
The first day of spring is a perfect reminder to do a little housekeeping — not just around the house, but for your estate plan too.

Life changes. A new grandchild, a move, a health diagnosis, a shift in family dynamics — any of these can affect whether your current documents still reflect your wishes. Yet most families never revisit the plan they put in place years ago.

This spring, ask yourself:
🌼Is my will current?
🌼Do my powers of attorney still name the right people?
🌼Are my beneficiary designations up to date?
🌼Have I talked to my family about my wishes?

If you're unsure about any of these, it may be time for a review. At Fratello Law, we work with families across Long Island to make sure their estate plans are working the way they intended — and updated when life says otherwise.

Our offices in Smithtown and Syosset are here to help you take that next step.
The first day of spring is a perfect reminder to do a little housekeeping — not just around the house, but also for your estate plan.
