Relentless Advocacy. Proven Results. Trusted Experience.
2025 was a defining year—one that showcases our firm’s ability to win when the stakes are highest.

In 2025, our firm achieved exceptional results across criminal defense and civil litigation, while continuing our commitment to community leadership and service.

• Community Recognition

In November 2025, our firm was honored when Todd Greenberg received the 2025 “Lion of the Year” Award from the Richmond Hill – South Ozone Park Lions Club at its 13th Anniversary Dinner at Russo’s On The Bay. This recognition reflects our ongoing dedication to community involvement and public service.

• Major Criminal Defense Victories

October 2025 – Jury Acquittal in High-Profile Manslaughter Case:

Our firm secured a “Not Guilty” verdict on felony manslaughter, assault, criminally negligent homicide, and leaving the scene of an accident in a highly publicized Queens case. Despite intense prosecution efforts, the jury rejected the most serious charges, resulting in a significant defense victory.

July 2025 – Murder in the Second Degree Acquittal:
We obtained a “Not Guilty” verdict on Murder in the Second Degree after presenting a compelling Extreme Emotional Disturbance defense which resulted in a sentence of 6 years, supported by expert testimony from forensic psychiatrist Dr. Sasha Bardey. This outcome spared our client from a potential life sentence and underscored the firm’s trial and litigation expertise.

• Significant Civil Litigation Result

$7 Million Wrongful Death Recovery:
The firm successfully secured a $7 million settlement in a wrongful death motor vehicle accident case, providing justice and meaningful compensation to the victim’s family.
