October 2025 – Jury Acquittal in High-Profile Manslaughter Case:
Our firm secured a “Not Guilty” verdict on felony manslaughter, assault, criminally negligent homicide, and leaving the scene of an accident in a highly publicized Queens case. July 2025 – Murder in the Second Degree Acquittal:
We obtained a “Not Guilty” verdict on Murder in the Second Degree after presenting a compelling Extreme Emotional Disturbance defense which resulted in a sentence of 6 years, supported by expert testimony from forensic psychiatrist Dr. Sasha Bardey.
