Dev Banad Viswanath, our principal, has spent hours and hours advocating on behalf of clients and negotiating with various government entities such as US Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), US Immigration Customs and Enforcement (USICE), US Customs & Border Patrol (USCBP) and the U.S. Embassies and Consulates from all over the world. Additionally, Dev has often advocated on behalf of clients to foreign government consular posts located in the United States as well as some state and local authorities.
Keeping in mind that many individuals may have handled their own immigration case for whatever reason, our firm will also, depending on the circumstances of the case, accompany clients and provide guidance for clients on INFOPASS appointments, Immigrant and Non-Immigrant Consular Appointments, Adjustment of Status Interviews, Bona Fide Marriage (Stokes) Interviews, and Naturalization Interviews.
