On July 16, the 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁 of 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 will issue a decision in 𝘎.𝘒. 𝘷. 𝘚𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘻𝘦𝘳𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘥, (Application Number 55299/20), possibly rebuking 🇨🇭Switzerland (spec. its Champ-Dillon prison) for denying an and pre-trial detainee Ⓥegan food for 338 days.
The court may rule that Ⓥ food must be given to all detainees requesting it.

A decade after becoming vegan and eight years after suffering 338 days of pre-trial detention without vegan food, Matthias might give 47 European countries a lasting legal legacy.
𝙀𝙪𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙚'𝙨 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙪𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙍𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨 examined Matthias' case as a violation of Article 9-- ethically held thoughts, beliefs and religion.
If ECHR rules against Switzerland and against the Champ-Dillon prison that denied Matthias vegan food on 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟭𝟲, the ECHR will have mandated that vegan food be available to all Europe's detainees who request it.
Greater still, the ECHR will have recognized Veganism as an 𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘧, deserving of respect, and on par with religion.
That's something the U.S. has been unable to do.

Ridglan rescuers JOANNA BAIRD and LINDA GREGERSEN filed a CLASS ACTION Lawsuit against Ridglan Farms, founder/owner James Burns, the private security Ridglan hired, Dane County Sheriff Barrett and Melissa Agard. They seek compensation for pain and suffering, medical expenses, lost income, etc.

Currently before the : the 800+ page, overdue . Embedded in it is §12006. §12006 threatens democratic process by invalidating of ME, MA, RI, NJ, MI, OH, FL, CO, Az, CA and OR, that restrict extreme confinement for mother .
