Some homes looked amazing online… then we walked in and immediately knew it was a no.
Some smelled like “projects.”
Some had potential… if you squint hard enough.
And some were a hard pass before we even reached the living room 😂

It’s seeing enough houses to train your eye, understand the market, and figure out what you’re actually willing to live with (and what you’re absolutely not).
