Real historical photos of lamplighters, newsboys, iceman/ice worker, switchboard operators, and cigarette girls… now moving again. These jobs once filled New York’s streets and buildings, then vanished in the city for good, even if some continued elsewhere.

I’m not famous. I just had to figure things out the hard way. I’m just like you. Your story is just beginning and mine is not finished.

The Grit Guide for Real Estate Rookies is my crash course in mindset, hustle, and real-world lessons. A 32-page 5x8 paperback you can fold up, carry in your bag, and read whenever you need a push. 💪

Everything in this book comes from real experience. No AI, no fake guru talk, just what I learned the hard way.
