“Civility” and “Respect” were the words of the evening that resonated most with me in celebrating the legacy of Governor M. Jodi Rell last evening at Governor Lamont’s residence. It was great to reunite with friends and former colleagues in her memory and celebration. It was best said by Governor Lamont or Mike Rell (sorry I don’t recall which one said it first but we all agreed), “You can attack the issue without attacking the person.” She was a great leader and example to all.
