Originally from Staten Island New York, Daniel was a union carpenter by trade in which he participated in many large projects in Manhattan. Although he had a very successful career in construction with over a decade of experience, his desire and work ethic made him strive for more in life. This aspiration ultimately led him to being a business owner before the age of 30. He created and operated a

chain of pet supply stores dominating his local market. By chance of fate, the mother of one of his employees was a real estate broker and was drawn to Daniel right away. She suggested he get his real estate license due to his undeniable work ethic. A month later, he was licensed in New York and has been providing real estate services since the early 2000’s. Daniel managed to become a top producing agent in no time. Year after year, he finished as top 10 realtor of 2020 and top 14 of 2021 in his local market. Daniel was fortunate to meet a gentleman in real estate that not only was a client but became a mentor and a lifelong friend. In 2016, this gentleman introduced him to Naples as he had a secondary home in Port Royal. Daniel was blown away by the beauty, charm and opportunity that Naples had to offer. Although it was hard to walk away from what he had built in New York, he decided to take a chance for a better life in Naples. He purchased a home in the Moorings community. Shortly after, he interviewed several brokers and found John R. Wood to be the right fit. Daniel is licensed in both New York and Florida. He is excited to start the next chapter of his life and service the Naples community he now calls home.
