👋 Meet Your Local Attorney: Ryan A. Stuart, Esq.

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to this wonderful community.

My name is Ryan Stuart, and I’m the founding attorney of Stuart Law. I opened this firm because I believe people deserve a lawyer who listens, cares, and treats every case with the same respect they would give to their own family.

A little about me:
🎓 Education: I earned my Juris Doctor from The University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. While there I had the opportunity to serve as an editor for the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, and Natural Resource Law.

⚖️ Experience: Following law school, I served as a judicial law clerk in the 8th Judicial Circuit of Warren County, Kentucky, working under the Honorable John Grise, J.B. Hines, and Chris Cohron. During this two-year clerkship, I gained valuable insight into the judicial process, trial procedure, and the practical application of the law across a wide range of cases.

🏡 Personal connection: My wife was born and raised in southern Utah and shortly after we were married, we moved here, and I fell in love with this wonderful community. We always hoped that after law school we would have the opportunity to move back to build a life and raise our children here. We are grateful that we were able to move back and are excited to me apart of this community.

💬 Why I practice law: I have always felt that we have the greatest legal system in the world but can often be intimidating. My goal is to make the legal process less intimidating and more human.

Outside the office, you’ll usually find me with my family, this includes activities such as, enjoying their sports, boating, local events, hiking, camping, and exploring the area.

If we haven’t met yet, I look forward to meeting you. And if you ever have a question—big or small—my door is always open.
