This week, a jury returned a $1,000,000 verdict for our clients. I never take for granted the privilege of standing before a jury and speaking on behalf of others. I’m grateful for the trust this family placed in Warner Hornsby, Esq. and me to tell their story.

My last words to the jury were simple: “Do justice by this family.” The jury did just that.

This weekend, I was sworn in as Treasurer of the Alabama Association for Justice at our Annual Meeting. Alabama trial lawyers are my people, and I’m proud to be in the trenches with them in the courtroom, at the State House, or at the beach.
