Status of DACA/Dreamers:

As of December 7, 2020, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is once again accepting first-time DACA applications!! Renewal applications are also still being accepted. However, there is no time to waste because opponents of DACA continue to fight for its termination in federal court (with another federal hearing this week!), so please do not hesitate to call our office today to see if you are eligible to apply (all conversations are held privately and remain confidential). Some of the benefits of an approved DACA application may include: a valid driver’s license; a 2-year work permit; a travel document; and your own social security number.
