My friend called me yesterday and the only honest thing I could tell her is what every official is saying: nobody fully knows anything yet. 50,000 people pushed out of their homes. State of emergency declared. The threat of a catastrophic explosion was JUST lifted this morning but evacuations are still in place and the investigation is just starting.
