The MJF student chapter at the University of Minnesota Law School has their silent auction this week. This is a fundraiser for their Public Interest Clerkship program, which provides funding for University of Minnesota law school students pursuing self-created public interest law summer experiences.

Here's a great story about Grace Sawatzke's summer at Colorado’s 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, which was partially funded through a Public Interest Law Fellowship (PILF) grant from the MJF student chapter at St. Thomas.

Second-year law student Grace Sawatzke was exposed to the full spectrum of the criminal justice system this summer as an intern with 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Colorado.
