It's kinda hard to believe that this month marks the 10th anniversary of passing my real estate license and signing on as an agent with Coldwell at the Minneapolis Lakes Office! 🎇 🎉

After a learning curve, some assisting, lots of open houses, and a lot of showings that came to naught (the nature of the business...), I finally sold my first house to Barbara Miller, a beautiful new build in Maple Grove!! 😀

On Earth Day, yesterday, I took a CE class on "deconstruction" techniques as an alternative, or partial alternative, to tear-downs. There were some things I didn't know about the financial benefits to do this (along with the obvious environmental benefits).

Minneapolis Area Realtors held the class at Forgotten Star Brewing in Fridley, which is a cool space. We all got a free drink at the end!!
