Today is a big day for one of our summer staff members, Andrew! He has officially made it to Tampa, FL to study at The University of Tampa. Finally continuing on with our Meet the Team series. So without further ado, meet Christopher!

Chris is our attorney and has been running his firm and title company for nearly two decades. But being an attorney is not all there is to this guy!

Chris loves to take trips to Disney with his wife Britany, and his children Evan, Wesley, Abby and Zach. He is a nerd for trains, loves to hunt and fish, and enjoys traveling. He’s a lover of all things outdoors, especially skiing, golfing and hiking. He’s a proud Navy dad, Soccer dad, and dog and cat dad!

Chris is the coolest guy you’ll ever meet! He is what makes our firm and company unlike any other!

Relieved is an understatement! 😅

Just closed on this 4 bedroom farm house today in Greentown for $303,000‼️‼️‼️

Sometimes people believe Real Estate agents just "show houses," but it's so much more than that! I have lost too many nights sleep the past two weeks trying to get this deal closed, and I'm very thankful we did!

Thankful for working with Roaring Brook Abstract Company, Inc. Law Offices of Christopher R. Kimler, PC who my clients can rely on for support, and to be available to get things done on all days of the week and at any hour of the day!

Best part of this is the buyer was able to move into this house with less than $10,000 out of their pocket!
