Real Life Real Estate 101

⏰ Some homes take time and effort to get sold. They have layers upon layers of things that need to be worked out, worked on and worked through without getting ourselves worked up. This was one of those sales and my sellers were troopers through it all.

🏠 From the logistics of cross country (different time zone) sellers to the renovations and repairs that seems to take forever to contingent offers, a price adjustment and contract negotiations to inspections and requests to the “house to sell” hiccups of the buyers and a delayed settlement, we made it. Whew!

📱Communication, teamwork, and flexibility were key to getting this home signed, settled and sold with all parties breathing a sigh of relief at 5pm on Friday (technically the end of the month!)

Whether it’s a quick and easy cash transaction on a new home that’s truly move-in ready, a fixer-upper with layers of financing and other issues, or somewhere in between, you need a professional to walk you through it all and keep your best interests in mind.
