Patterson-Schwartz is partnering with Poland & Sullivan Insurance to collect toddler clothing for local daycares —helping little ones feel safe and cared for after everyday accidents.

DROP OFF LOCATIONS: Patterson-Schwartz Offices in Newark, Hockessin, Greenville, Middletown, and Rehoboth Beach.

One of the best things about some of the newer beach communities is the nature that surrounds the homes.

Today I was in two new home communities. Both had lovely ponds (with fountains) and both were surrounded by established woodlands complete with backyard wildlife.
