Corporate skyscrapers on Brickell command top tier office rents which are setting records at $190 per s.f, and a Class A office building, 701 Brickell, just sold for $443 Million. New market tenants, including law firms, finance companies, and medical practices, are opening offices to meet the demand.

Great weather day for another successful Commercial Real Estate Tour!

I made a record for myself and clocked 8.4 miles trekking around Wynwood and Brickell scouting the best new location for my client, a successful Mediterranean / Israeli cafe / coffee / and wine bar from NYC. Thankfully wore my pumped up kicks! Big success! Did I mention my client is a childhood sleep-away camp friend?

I love working with business clients such as law firms or medical practices for their office space needs, as well as retail tenants such as restaurants and yoga studios who need space. Successful businesses always have real estate needs from expansion, renewals, lease expiration dates approaching, or a biz plan shift to acquire a CRE asset.

The Dorsey, in Wynwood, 286 NW 29th Street. Miss my hard hat but the project is complete! Super great mixed-use development with Class A office space, ground floor retail, apartments, an incredible outdoor courtyard with amazing amenities! Touring properties and space options gets me excited because 10 years ago the landscape of Wynwood was quite different. Now it is home to corporate companies, law firms, great food options, shopping, nightlife, art, and entertainment. Miami just won’t stop!
