Idaho immigration attorneys are puzzled by a new letter from the Idaho Transportation Department notifying immigrants of issues with their records that allow them to be in the United States.

Habeas grant in Idaho- we are excited to report the Federal Judges Order was issued just this evening! Our deportation client gets to ask for a bond 8 USC 1236! 📚📚

From start to finish - assuming DHS complies with the order - 15 days of process 🗓️. I would estimate it took little less than 10 attorney hours 🕥. The best part, client got to remain in an Idaho jail - accesible to us and family for these past two weeks.

Concesión de *habeas corpus* en Idaho: ¡nos entusiasma informar que la orden fue emitida hace apenas unas horas esta misma tarde! ¡Nuestro cliente, quien enfrenta un proceso de deportación, tendrá la oportunidad de solicitar una fianza bajo el artículo 8 USC 1236! 📚📚

De principio a fin —asumiendo que el DHS acate la orden— el proceso tomó 15 días 🗓️. Estimo que requirió poco menos de 10 horas de trabajo por parte del abogado 🕥. Lo mejor de todo es que el cliente pudo permanecer en una cárcel de Idaho, lo cual nos permitió tanto a nosotros como a su familia tener acceso a él durante estas últimas dos semanas.
