I offer general notary and loan signing services in both the Fayette and Shelby Counties of Tennessee. I am a member of the NNA and a certified loan signing agent from both NNA and LSS. I am currently commissioned, licensed, and bonded. For loan signing services, I operate with a dual tray printer and can offer timely and confidential packet pickup and drop offs, as well as prepping loan documents

sent through edocs and scanbacks.

IT’S HAPPENING 🎉!!!

🏠 Rates are dropping! And my refi appointments are stacking up!

Attn Title Companies & Lenders: Do you need to get all of the docs signed and notarized before funding, but the clients are having a tough time getting to the table? Let me go to them! I will walk them through signing their documents and notarize the appropriate forms.

I can pick up and drop off (dependent on location). Heck, send the package to me through a secure server and I can even print them myself with a dual tray laser printer. If your office is not local, I can scanback to you quickly or drop them off for an overnight delivery!

I make it EASY to get the signing completed FAST 💨!

What do I carry in my notary bag???

1. Notary Journal & Loan signing Journal 📖

2. BLUE pens. I use blue pens on all of my documents. This makes it much easier to discern the original docs from a copy. 🖊️

3. Notary and commission exp stamps ✍🏼

4. Extra FedEx envelopes for quickly dropping off loan docs ✉️

5. Thumbprint stamp and alcohol wipes to offer after for easy quick clean up 👍🏼

6. Tab stickers. There are two documents that I begin with during a loan signing. This helps me find those pages quickly. 📄

7. ID lanyard for identification 🆔

8. Fingertip guards or moistener. Please do not lick your fingers fumbling through all of the docs. 🤢
