Hope is not a plan! Sadly, I see this all the time - a parent selects one child as the beneficiary of all their assets with the hope that child will distribute things equally after their passing.

But they don’t.

Create a proper estate plan now so that all your wishes are followed after your death.

One of the simplest, yet most important, legal documents everyone needs is a Power of Attorney. A Power of Attorney appoints an agent to make healthcare and financial decisions on your behalf if you become incapacitated.

A Power of Attorney will allow your loved ones to talk to healthcare providers, access medical records, and make health care decisions for you without the need for court intervention.

If you have further questions or would like assistance creating your Power of Attorney, please send us a message!

MYTH: I don’t need a will.
TRUTH: A will is about more than money.

It allows you to:
☑️ Name guardians
☑️ Decide who receives your property
☑️ Make your wishes clear

Without one, the state makes those decisions.
