Today I had a buyer who wanted to see a house.
I submitted the showing request.
No response.
So I texted the listing agent.
No response.
Then I called.
Still nothing.
Meanwhile, I have a ready, willing buyer who wants to see the property.
Now listen, I get it. Realtors are busy. We’re showing homes, driving, meeting with clients and we can’t always respond immediately.
But when you’re selling someone’s home, responsiveness matters.
Because buyers don’t always wait around.
If they can’t get into one house, they may move right on to the next one.
And the seller may never even know there was a buyer trying to get through the door.
So if you’re selling your home, you want a Realtor who answers, follows up and makes it as easy as possible for buyers to see your property.
Getting a home sold isn’t just about great photos and marketing. It’s also about being available when buyers want to see it.
A missed showing can mean a missed opportunity and sometimes the seller never even knows it happened…
Want a responsive Realtor? You know who to call. 😉
