What an amazing ending to a fantastic week! After moving to Oregon, I learned that it is one of three states that allow a paralegal to operate without supervision by a licensed attorney. Inasmuch as I am a certified paralegal, with extensive experience in analyzing, researching, documenting, document creation, court calendaring, and service of process, I am now offering paralegal services to my friends and neighbors. This is my chance to use my skills for the benefit of the community. I am well able to handle the paperwork required for any case, in general. I am not an attorney, and do not pretend to such training. But for anyone who knows what they want to do, I stand prepared to help with the paperwork.
