✨ Honoring Our Past Board Presidents ✨
Today we’re proud to recognize John Escamilla, with the Escamilla Law Firm PLLC who served as CASA of Hidalgo County Board President from 2013 to 2019.
For more than 30 years, John has dedicated his legal career to representing those facing catastrophic injuries, including the last 15 years at Escamilla Law Firm in McAllen. His commitment to serving others extended beyond the courtroom through more than six years of service on CASA’s Board of Directors, including five years as Board Chair.
John shared that it was an honor to serve alongside dedicated advocates, social workers, court staff, and community leaders working to meet the needs of abused and neglected children. His belief that “their lights deserve to shine” continues to reflect the heart of CASA’s mission.
