As many of you know due to the COVID-19 pandemic Governor Lee has issued a "stay at home" order unless engaging in an essential activity or service. Additionally, the Tennessee Supreme Court has suspended all court proceedings until May except for proceedings necessary to protect the constitutional rights of criminal defendants.
To comply with these orders and out of an abundance of caution we have decided to no longer see clients at our office location during the stay at home order. However, we are still working daily for current clients and are accepting new clients. We are available and can communicate with you about your legal issues via phone (865-268-5228), email ([email protected]), or video conferencing.
Current clients with April court dates are being rescheduled by the Clerk's offices. Please be patient and know that the Clerks office is having to reschedule several cases so it may take some time before that information is available to our office. However, as soon as we are notified we will contact you with your new court date.
Rick and I hope that you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy during this difficult time and we want you to know how appreciative we are that you have trusted us to represent you.
