Friends I am so excited for the new journey. A lot of prayer went into expanding my business. I had a wonderful mentor the past year who taught me so much. When life changed recently, I felt perhaps I could continue bookkeeping and administrative duties on my own. And because of my mentor, my passion for paperwork and love for detail I’m ready to give back to you!

I just wanted to share a message I received from a signer.

…..To preface, I always contact the signer ahead of time and try to coordinate with them as best as possible. My schedule is more flexible than others and I feel it’s helpful to the signers when coordinating time, location an document arrival.

The signing went smooth. Documents were sent and received on time. The signer was very happy!

As a mobile notary and LSA, I truly strive to go above and beyond for the signer. I believe everyone should understand what they are signing, have time to review it and talk it though if need be.

We may not be allowed to give advice, but we can definitely listen. This was again shown to me yesterday. To listen to the signer and be the liaison where need be.

I cannot believe it’s been an entire year! Starting my business is extremely scary. Jumping into loan signing was just a scary. But I’m so thankful I have. I have met so many wonderful people along my journey and have made great connections!
