175 miles. One backpack. Countless steps from Porto, Portugal 🇵🇹 to Santiago de Compostela, Spain 🇪🇸—and a journey that left me with far more than sore feet, blisters, and one spectacular face plant. 😂
A LOT of photos to unpack from this adventure. 📸🥾
There were exhausting days, joyful days, endless miles, and moments of being completely present.
The funny thing about walking that far? Eventually, you stop thinking about walking. You just walk.
And somewhere along the way, the noise in your head gets quieter.
I started noticing the little things—the sound of my footsteps, wildflowers along the path, church bells in the distance, tiny villages waking up, a cold drink at the end of a long day, and the people who started as strangers and somehow became part of the journey.
There was laughter, unexpected friendship, hard days, and the realization that “15 more minutes” can apparently mean 45. 😂
The Camino has a way of stripping life down to the essentials.
Carry what you need.
Walk.
Eat when you’re hungry.
Sleep when you can.
Repeat.
Somewhere in those 175 miles, I realized how little I actually need—and how much I miss when life gets too loud.
You don’t always need to know exactly where you’re going.
Sometimes you just need to keep putting one foot in front of the other.
Even when the hill is brutal.
Even when your feet hurt.
Even when you take a spectacular tumble. 😂
Buen Camino. ❤️🥾🇵🇹🇪🇸
