📢 Attention Real Estate Professionals, Property Owners & Managers!

I want to make you aware of a proposed 68.3% statewide average rate increase for dwelling insurance, recently submitted by the North Carolina Rate Bureau. This increase would be implemented over a two-year period and applies to non-owner-occupied residences of up to four units, including rental properties, investment properties, and other properties not occupied full-time by the owner.

This proposed increase could significantly affect many of our clients and the broader property management industry. There is an opportunity for public input, and I encourage everyone to review the proposal and submit comments before the deadline.
