Multiple closings. Contracts. Title work. Sticky notes for days. And somehow, Andrew knows EXACTLY where everything is.
It may look like organized chaos, but behind every file on that desk is someone's home, property, family or business, and that's the part that matters.

The way we buy homes has changed. Technology has changed. Our communities have grown and changed right along with us.
But some things shouldn't change.
Taking the time to answer the questions. Picking up the phone. Knowing the people sitting across the closing table. And treating every closing like it matters - because it does matter. 💙

There's something to be said for knowing who's on the other end of the phone. 🥰

When you call Stone Title, you're not reaching a call center or being passed around to someone you've never met. You're calling people who live here, work here, shop here and care about getting you to the closing table.

So... what CAN you still handle once they turn 18? We spend years handling things for our kids - making calls, signing paperwork, packing bags, helping with accounts and taking care of whatever needs to be done.
Then they turn 18, and legally, they're an adult. Being their parent doesn't automatically give you the authority to handle everything on their behalf anymore.
That's where a Power of Attorney can come in. It allows your adult child to give someone they trust the authority to help with certain financial or legal matters when needed.
With so many kids heading off to college right now, it's a conversation worth having before you ever need it.
