Virtual IP Law would like to welcome Jennifer Wallace to the team as our new Legal Assistant!

Meet Jenn from New Hampshire:

Jenn Wallace has 2+ years of experience as the owner and operator of a day spa in Westford, Ma. She has helped facilitate the growth of multiple office locations, as an office administrator for 11+ years. Including managing, running the day to day in multiple office locations, and calendars for 6 service managers at one time.

As the new Legal Assistant, Jenn will use her time management and organizational skills to help keep the day to day running smoothly for all of the staff as well as help implement new processes to help the business grow.

Jenn has 3 amazing children, 12, 10, and 16 months. She is very happily married 2 years and counting to her husband Steve. When she is not working, she loves vacationing with her family, spending time with friends, and serving as a worship leader at her church, Granite United.

Meet Diana from Florida:



Diana has 20 years of experience in the management of innovation, advanced technology and new product development/market introduction in the medical device space. She has worked for multiple Fortune 500 Companies including

Johnson & Johnson
Boston Scientific
St. Jude Medical
Philips Healthcare


Diana brings extensive expertise in new technology project management, SW suite program management and has spent the last 5 years managing full business portfolios. Her responsibilities including driving overall all business strategy and pipeline maturity to enhance the product offerings of medical professions and provide the latest of care in fields such as neurosurgery, MRI patient Monitoring, Cardiovascular Imaging and more.



As the COO, Diana will user her strategic thinking and business acumen to work with the c-suite team of Virtual IP Law to providing leadership, management, and vision to the firm to enhance its financial strength and operating efficiency allowing Virtual IP Law to grow and further serve the tech start up community.



When she is not working, Diana spends her time traveling and going on outdoor adventures in her home state of Maine with her partner in crime, Luis, and their FIVE boys from 6mo to 8 years old!

He has an impressive background, completing five engineering degrees, including a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering.

Bob is a registered patent agent with over two decades of expertise in:

A few months back Keri Sicard was able to provide young entrepreneurs at SNHU (Southern New Hampshire University) with some useful tips and information about Intellectual Property. Meet Keri Sicard, owner and CEO of Virtual IP Law!

Keri started Virtual IP Law with a vision to provide intellectual property services with a strong, business savvy team. Keri co-founded the firm with her father, Of Counsel, David Driscoll, and Office Manager, Ryan Knowlton, in October 2020. Keri’s goal was to create a fully virtual firm with a mission to provide honest, high quality IP services to start-ups, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and tech savvy companies.

Keri has a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and received her J.D. from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law. Keri has over 20 years of experience in IP, and over 10 years of experience as a registered Patent Attorney.

Some areas of technology that Keri loves to work on include medical devices, software-based innovations, semiconductors, signal processing systems and methods, circuits, electronic and electro-mechanical systems, graphical user interfaces, applications, computing platforms, and many other areas. Keri also has experience working with clients of all sizes, from solo inventors and entrepreneurs, through to large clients, such as SQUARE®.

When not working on IP, she enjoys spending time with her family, racing stock cars in the summer months, and traveling as much as possible to warmer weather in the winter months. Keri is also committed to volunteering and giving back to the community. She is Vice Chair of the IP Section of the NHBA as well as a Board Member of Game Plan Sports, a non-profit organization for children.
