Michigan’s Summer Starter Pack:

🏡 When people buy a home, they usually focus on the kitchen, the bathrooms, or the paint colors.

But here’s something I’ve learned…

You can change almost everything about a house.

🎨 Paint colors.
🛋️ Flooring.
💡 Lighting.
🌸 Landscaping.

The one thing that’s much harder to change?

Location.

That’s why I always encourage buyers to fall in love with the neighborhood just as much as the house.

A beautiful home is wonderful…
But a home in a community you love is priceless.

Confession time…

I thought I had the perfect paint color picked out for our living room.

Then I started second-guessing myself. 😅

If you’ve ever painted a room, you know exactly what I’m talking about. A color can look completely different depending on the lighting, the time of day, and even what’s around it.

It’s one of the reasons I love homes so much. Every space has its own personality.

Sometimes the biggest challenge isn’t finding the right house… it’s choosing the right shade of paint. 😉

So help me settle a debate…

Every room has a story… and today, ours is getting a new chapter. 🎨

We’re finally prepping our living room for paint, and I’m already excited to see how one simple change can make the whole space feel fresh again.

It’s a reminder that you don’t always need a new house to fall in love with your home all over again.

🌿 Summer starts at home.

This morning I finally tackled one of those projects that’s been on my list… cleaning the deck! ☀️🪴

It’s amazing how one small project can completely transform a space. Now I’m already picturing morning coffee, family cookouts, and relaxing summer evenings outside.

One of the things I love most about real estate is that every home has the potential to become someone’s favorite place.
