People for Mobility Justice advocates for safe, active transportation access in underserved communities of color within greater Los Angeles.

The PMJ team assembled like voltron to celebrate recent milestone accomplishments. Too often, we get stuck on the next thing that needs to get done and we don't take the time to reflect and appreciate the work we've accomplished. 🙌🏽 ✨Our bellies and hearts are still full from this past Saturday's Willowbrook/West Rancho Dominguez Food Bike Tour!

We had a great time biking through the streets and supporting community-based businesses who bring so much to its people and to the local economy.

☕ Our first stop took us to Beanie Cycle , a local coffee shop that truly serves good vibes and of course, delicious drinks and coffee. Whether you need your daily dose or need coffee or pastries for your next meeting or community event, hit them up and you'll contribute to something bigger than coffee.

🍔We also stopped at Hawkins House Of Burgers™️ , where we enjoyed food that truly hit the spot. From breakfast foods to healthy options to the best burgers like no other, Hawkins House Of Burgers™️ does not disappoint. This black woman-owned restaurant has roots that go all the way to 1939. And they've been giving back to the community ever since.

Weeks later and we're still feeling the vibes from our Eastside Mural ride in May. We had a great time learning the history and context of murals on the Eastside.
