My co-counsel and I were excited after waiting two months for the Court's final ruling after my oral arguments. It is not a total victory yet, but definitely a huge success for our client in the continued battle against arbitration agreements in employment rights/ discrimination cases.
After working for more than 25 years at MusiCares, responsible for the Person of the Year fundraising event, Dana Tomarken was let go from a "boys club" after complaining about allegedly financially disastrous moves.
