Escrow is closed the day that the Grant Deed is recorded and confirmed at the County Recorder’s Office. This is also the same moment that ownership of the property changes hands from the Seller to the Buyer(s).

Helpful advise: If you interact with customers or clients where they come in person AND they have to fill out paperwork…please make sure to sanitize pens & clipboards.

I have personally attended health clinics, banks, open houses, workshops, etc where people are being asked to sign in or fill out paperwork using the same pens & putting them back in the same tray. 🤦‍♀️

In the last 3 years I have gone through hundreds of pens as I give them to clients whom I meet with. I also carry alcohol wipes to sanitize my equipment.

Please do your very best in protecting those who keep your business running 😷✍️📋 Masks are a great way to protect your clients/customers but also by desinfecting anything that each touches 😉🖊
