Attention All App-Based Drivers who signed up to drive with one of the major app-based ride-share or delivery companies - Know your rights!

If you entered into a written agreement with any Network Company since the implementation of Prop-22, and prior to receiving access to the company's online-enabled app or platform, were required to complete or perform any of the following tasks, we would like to speak with you about your rights:

Review and Acknowledge Sexual Harassment Policy
Further, if you are receiving Occupational Accident Insurance through any Network Company, but are being required to pay any portion of the premiums or are otherwise having your pay reduced or deducted to cover any charges or fees relating to this Insurance coverage, your rights may be violated.
