Ready for some exciting news?
Moxie Mediation, the workplace investigation and training firm that's been shaking things up in the industry, is expanding its services once again! We're thrilled to announce the latest addition to our team - a powerhouse attorney, compliance expert, and all-around workplace rockstar who's ready to help us take our services to the next level.
Without further ado, let us introduce you to Jessica Homer, a Florida licensed attorney and Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional with a wealth of experience in workplace investigations and trainings.
With her impressive background in higher education and expertise in neutral investigations of Title IX, VII, VI, ADA, and ADEA claims, we're thankful to have her on board to help us better serve our clients.
Jessica's background and expertise in higher education make her an invaluable addition to the Moxie team. She brings a wealth of experience to the table, including a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Organizational Change from Regis College. Jessica spent seven years in higher education in student affairs before pursuing her legal career, during which she investigated employment discrimination complaints with the Louisville Metro Human Relations Commission and served as Assistant General Counsel for Florida Gulf Coast University.
Jessica offers a wide variety of trainings that can be tailored to private businesses, public entities, and higher education institutions. Her areas of expertise include Values Based Management training, Bystander Intervention Training, LGBTQ+ Community Legal Updates, Sexual Harassment Prevention, Conflict Resolution, ADA Compliance for Faculty, Title IX training, Privilege and Intersectionality, Social Identities, The Gender Gap, and Uncovering Racism.
Her passion for investigations and training, combined with her expertise in higher education, will help us better serve our clients and create more equitable and effective workplaces.
