According to the Arkansas Department of Corrections Absconder list, the following level 2 s*x offender is no longer reporting to his Probation/parole officer. His original charge is s*xual assault 4th Degree. The Arkansas S*x Offender Registry lists his last known address in Hazen, Arkansas.

Lonoke County made a plea deal with Wesley Henard. 240 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

He remains locked up in Pope County.

Ward, Lonoke County, Arkansas. Sean Barber resigns from his position as a Ward Police Officer shortly before he is arrested by Fsulkner County Sheriff's Office on the charge of r**e. He currently has no bond.

Seems like the public dissatisfaction of low bonds for s*x crimes is being heard. They even sent a few predators to prison this month. I will post about them later. Keep it up folks!

Arrested on the charge of r**e. $100,000 lonoke county bond. 10k and he walks out. Higher than normal, but still paltry.

In 2002 Robert Beavers was arrested for attempted r**e. The victim was his step-daughter. He admitted to the accusation and as part of his sentence he agreed to be placed on the S*x Offender Registry for life and to be supervised by probation/parole for life.

Beavers leaves Tennessee and moves to Arkansas where he eventually petitions the court to be removed from the Arkansas S*x Offender Registry. Probation/Parole said no, even saying he is likely to reoffend. Even the Lonoke County Prosecutor’s Office asked the Court to deny the petition.

On October 19, 2018 Judge Barbara Elmore signed an order removing him from the Arkansas S*x Offender Registry.

He remains listed on the Tennessee S*x Offender Registry.

According to public records, on April 13, 2026, Judge Barbera Elmore has ordered that Billy Gene White is no longer required to register as a s*x offender. The court order indicates that Lonoke County Prosecutor Chuck Graham lodged no objection.

White was convicted in 2002 for violation of a Minor in the 1st Degree.
